La Jolla Colony



La Jolla Colony is a lovely Mediterranean master planned community  in a beautiful parklike setting,comprised of a blend of condominiums,single family homes and luxury apartments. The location is ideal, close to Freeways, La Jolla, University Town Center and transportation.  There are two single family neighborhoods,Valencia and Barcelona, and four attached condo communities:Madrid,La Paz, Las Palmas and Marbella.  In addition, Verano and Venetian  have been upgraded and converted to condominiums.
